Step 1: In the Windows 8 OS, move the cursor on the right bottom click on the search box. In the search box, you can specify what you want.

Step 2: In the search box, type in the name "Disk Cleanup" and click on the "Free and Disk Space by deleting Unnecessary Files".

Step 3: In this step, click on the drop down arrows and select the drive; you may select any drive (in this article the sample is Drive C).

Step 4: In this step, Disk Cleanup starts scanning and calculates the free space.

Step 5: In this step, choose the files to be deleted by clicking on the check box and click on theOK Button.

Step 6: In this step, click on the "Delete Files" to proceed.

Step 7: In this step, the Disk Cleanup starts removing unwanted temporary files from your computer.

This is due to the reason that Windows 7 actually stores 20 percent of the entire bandwidth available for its own updates and access to the Microsoft Servers. Most of us are completely unaware of the fact because the option to control Windows bandwidth is completely hidden from us. However, in this article I am going to guide you step by step how you can change the bandwidth speed and use all 100 percent of the total bandwidth available.

First  open Run by pressing  Windows+R on your keyboard. Then type gpedit.msc and hit Enter.

Next  you will see a screen as shown below

Now select Administrative Templates and then select Network under Administrative Templates. 

Next you have to select and double click QoS Packet Scheduler  on the right hand side.

Once you double click QoS Packet Scheduler you will get a screen as show below. Select  and double Click Limit reservable bandwidth. 

By default you will see the default settings as Not Configured. Even though the bandwidth limit below shows zero percent  and is grayed, Windows 7 still reserves 20 percent of the current bandwidth available. 

Now you need to click Enable and drag the bandwidth percent to zero percent and then clickApply and then hit Ok.

Now run Disk Cleanup and restart your browser. Your Computer will utilize 100 percent of the total bandwidth available and you will also notice a slight gain in download speed.

How to make bootable Pen Drive through command prompt and use it for installing Windows 7 ?

Steps:-
1. Open Command Prompt As Run as Administrator.

2. First type diskpart and press enter.It will open new cmd window.
3.Next type list disk command.It will list Disk number.In the below screenshot  Disk 0 is hard disk and
 Disk 1 is pen Drive.

4.Now type select disk 1 command in order to select your pen Drive(here Disk 1).

5. Now Type clean command in order to clean pen Drive.Here is the screen shot.

6. Now type create partition primary command to create primary part.

7. Now type select partition 1 command  in order to select primary part.Here is the screen shot.

8. Now type active command in order to active selected part.

9. Now type format fs=fat32 command to assign format.It start formatting your pen Drive , and take few minutes so please wait  to finish. Here is the screen shot.

10. Now type assign command.

11. At last type exit command. your pen Drive is ready to use.Use wherever you want to use like for installing Windows 7.

12. Copy all content of Windows 7 DVD folder (from your computer) and paste inside your bootable Pen Drive.

 13. When the copy finishes, you are done. Use it to install Windows 7 in your computer/laptop  or others.
